  • ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Researcher Portal Launch - December 12, 2017 is the launch day for the phase two implementation of the ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Researcher Portal. Researchers submitting research funding proposals to Research Grant and Contract Services (RGCS) or Marine Institute’s Office of Research and Development can do so using the . 

  • ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Researcher Portal applications are for internal processing only. They do not take the place of a sponsor-specific application, such as those submitted for Tri-Council funding through agency portals.
  • Transition Period - Those researchers who are in the midst of a funding project and have mostly submitted in paper form, or those who require more time to transition, will have two months — until February 14, 2018 — to switch over to using the ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Researcher Portal.
  • Obtaining a ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Researcher Portal Account - Those researchers who do not already have a ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Researcher Portal account are encouraged to request one .
  • Training – Training material can be found on the site. In addition, in-person training sessions are available for groups. Please consult with your about arranging a session for your department or Unit, or contact RPTraining@mun.ca.
